COMMUNICATION & BOUNDARIES

If you need to contact us, you can reach us in your private Slack Channel or Trello Board

We monitor them during the communication hours of Monday-Thursday 9:00-4:00 PST & Friday 9:00-2:00 PST

Once your Slack/Trello are set up, we will stop using email to avoid long threads and risk losing track of our deadlines, files, and to-do's. 

​

For monthly calls and project start & wrap-up calls, we will jump on Zoom so we can share screens and ask questions live.

For Audits, Strategies, or Monthly Retainers: To dive into the heart of your project, we'll need your login information and the specific platforms you want us to focus on. This valuable information allows us to curate a tailored strategy for your success.

For Both Project Types: While we gear up to work wonders for you, having your branding guide, logo, and additional inspiration examples will add extra fuel to our creative engines. Understanding your brand identity inside & out ensures we deliver results that align flawlessly with your vision.

Once you have paid and booked, we will share your personalized Trello board for the organization of your project and communication.

PLATFORMS

If your project requires us to view your online platforms, please list them all out on Trello once you receive your personal board.

BRAND

Your brand is your identity. In order to preserve your aesthetic, please share any logos, branding guides, or other pertinent information.

INSPIRATION

Creating a Pinterest board or sending any examples or styles you want to emulate will help determine how we style your final drafts.

Your Checklist

After we get started, complete your checklist or 'homework' before your kick-off call. Let us know if you have any questions or need any help with any of it.

On this call, we can go over how Trello, Slack, and the whole process goes. We will book the dates for your strategy calls or if it is a one-time project we will book the wrap-up call. 

This is also the time to get any burning questions answered, we are always here to help.

TOOLS WE USE

TRELLO

This is the main tool we will use to keep your project organized. You will be able to have a clear overview of your project at any time inside Trello. 

SLACK

If you are on a monthly retainer, you will get access to a personal Slack channel. This is the main source of communication and your specialists insight.

DUBSADO

Dubsado is our go-to client management system. This will house your client portal, where you find your contract, invoices & questionnaires.

GOOGLE DRIVE

We use Google Drive to house all our project files, you will have your own view link & safe place to store docs. We will also use Google Docs.

ZOOM

We will use Zoom for our 'kick off,' 'wrap up' audit and strategy calls. This way we can "meet" and share screens if need be for live feedback.

CONVERTKIT

Convertkit is our go to for lead generation delivery and welcome email follow ups. We can create email marketing workflows and automations in this platform.

LOOM OR TANGO

For any action items or how tos that you may need more guidance on, we will create a Loom video or Tango workflow to better guide you.
