Does Candid Assist offer a trial period for its services?We don't offer a specific trial period, but we do provide a complimentary discovery call where you can learn more about our approach and determine if we're the right fit for your needs. Our goal is to deliver exceptional value and exceed your expectations.

What forms of payment do you take?As or right now we only accept: Zelle, Venmo, Paypal.me, or Check.

When is payment due?All payments are paid upfront in order to be booked onto our schedule. Once you are an established client, if you have a packaged retainer, you will be invoiced on the 1st of the month. **Late Payments - If payment is not received within 7 days of receipt. Late payments will be subject to a 10% increase of the amount owed.

Confidentiality?We agree not to disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any Confidential Information which has been obtained, except as authorized by you or as required by law. The obligations of confidentiality will apply during the term of this arrangement and will survive indefinitely upon termination of this arrangement. Basically, everything you share with us is safe. We won't steal anything or repurpose it. Also, we keep your identity secret from our other clients, unless you agree otherwise.

What is the cancellation process?Since all packages are month to month, there is not contract to cancel. We do require a 30-day notice before canceling though. If you know that the following month you will not need our services, then you need to let us know 30 days before so we can make time for other potential clients and not start work on your next month's projects. Cancellations can be discussed via trello, email, or a scheduled call.

Who owns the work Candid Assist creates for me?All intellectual property and related material that is developed or produced under this Agreement, will be the sole property of you, the client. The use of the Intellectual Property will not be restricted in any matter. Basically, it's all yours :)

Does Candid Assist offer ongoing support and guidance?We believe in building lasting partnerships with our clients. Beyond crafting your initial strategies, we provide ongoing support, data-driven insights, and regular performance reviews to help you stay on track and continuously improve.
